Privacy Policy
This page reflects how 0xSwap handles order, support, log, and partner API data in the live service.
1. Data we collect
We keep the data needed to quote routes, create orders, secure the service, investigate issues, and respond to support requests. This can include IP address, user agent, order identifiers, timestamps, payout addresses, deposit addresses, and support form content.
2. Support request handling
Support form submissions create an audit entry and are forwarded into the internal support workflow together with IP, geo, ASN, and client-local time metadata when available. This improves response quality and anti-abuse controls.
3. Partner API and order metadata
Partner integrations may provide end-user IP information through the documented clientIp field so orders and support investigations reflect the real originating user instead of the partner server.
4. Security and abuse prevention
Operational logs, request metadata, and throttling controls are used to protect the site, reduce spam, and investigate failures or suspicious activity.
5. Data retention
Order, support, and log data are retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and troubleshooting purposes. Retention can vary depending on system needs and legal obligations.
6. Third-party providers
Order routing and geo enrichment can involve external providers needed to execute swaps or annotate operational events. We limit those calls to what is required for the transaction or support workflow.
